Shipping Conditions
Domestic Shipping:
We can deliver to all areas within Thailand. For remote areas (as defined by private courier companies), an additional shipping fee of 50 baht will be applied to the standard rate.
Please note that it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. on business days will usually be shipped the same day, subject to factors such as payment verification and stock availability. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day, and orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. During holiday periods, processing and delivery may be delayed.
Return and Refund Policy
Product Returns:
If you receive a product due to an error on our part, such as incorrect items, defective products, or damage caused during packaging, you may request a return or exchange. The product must be in its original condition (e.g., uncut fabric). We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of your receiving the product from Bulliontex.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
